Mission Statement:
The office of Human Resources is responsible for a comprehensive program including, recruitment of qualified applicants, employment and orientation services, administration of employee benefits, prepayroll administration, policy development and administration, job classification and compensation, employee relations, education and training, performance evaluations and maintenance of employee records.
The office is committed to creating a diverse work force through a fair and legal employment practices and in all matters related to employee relations will promote a work environment characterized by fair treatment of staff, open communications, personal accountability, trust and mutual respect. The office will provide high quality and professional service to all prospective, current and past employees and treat such individuals with respect across the continuum from new hire through retirement.
